Accomodation

Can I send luggage to the hotel?

We can accept luggage shipments prior to your arrival date (Cash on Delivery (COD) and frozen/refrigerated items are not accepted.
Please ensure the check-in date and guest name are clearly marked on the shipping label.

Can I store baggage at your place?

We provide luggage storage at any time.
Please bring your luggage to the front desk on the first floor. Luggage storage after check-out is available only on the same day.

When is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in time at 3:00 PM and check-out time at 10:00 AM.

I left something behind in my room. What should I do?

We will keep lost items for two weeks from your check-out date. If you have lost an item, please contact the front desk.
Regarding food and beverages, for hygiene reasons, they will be
disposed of at 24:00 on your check-out date, regardless of whether they are opened or unopened.

Can I extend my stay past the checkout time?

Extensions are available at an additional charge of 1,100 yen per hour.
Guests wishing to extend their stay must notify the front desk in advance.

Can I freely switch the room air conditioner (cooling/heating)?

The air conditioning in our hotel is not centrally controlled. All rooms allow free temperature adjustment.

Can I be placed on a cancellation waitlist?

Unfortunately, we do not accept requests for cancellation waitlists.

Can I smoke in the room?

No. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. (*Electronic cigarettes are also prohibited)

How should I store my valuables?

There is no safe in the guest rooms. We kindly ask guests to manage their own valuables during their stay.

What equipments are provided in the room?

We provide a toothbrush cup, glass, mug, hairdryer, hangers, mini-fridge, TV, and electric kettle.

What amenities are provided in the room?

We provide shampoo, face towels, bath towels, and slippers.
Additional amenities and room wear are available for free use at the Amenity Bar on the 1st floor.

Is Wi-Fi availabe?

Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. The ID and password are provided on the card holder given at check-in or displayed on the TV screen (under “Information”) in your room.

Can I request a high-floor room when booking?

We do not accept requests for specific room numbers, but we can take advance requests for preferences such as higher floors or corner rooms.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the circumstances of guests staying multiple nights.

Facilities

Is there a curfew?

Final check-in is at 1:00 AM. After 1:00 AM, the entrance automatic doors will be locked, so please hold the room card that will be given to you at check-in over the intercom sensor to enter.
Guests who do not have a room card are requested to contact the front desk via the intercom.

Are there vending machines or ice machines?

Ice machines are available on the 1st floor. Vending machines (including alcohol) are located on the 2nd, 6th, and 10th floors.

Is there a convenience store?

There is no convenience store within the facility. We can provide directions to nearby convenience stores.

Is there a coin laundry?

Coin laundry (washers and dryers) is available on the 1st floor. For dry cleaning, laundry bags are provided in your room.
Please bring your items directly to the front desk.

Where are the pay-per-view ticket machines?

They are located in the elevator halls on the 2nd, 5th, 7th, and 10th floors.

Baths

Is there a large public bath?

This hotel does not have a large public bath.

Access & Parking

Is there a parking lot?

There are two affiliated parking lots nearby. Please see the Access section for details.

How do I get from Toyota-shi Station to the hotel?

After exiting the ticket gates, proceed to your left. You will find a down escalator on your right. After taking the escalator down, cross the pedestrian crossing immediately to your left.
Our hotel entrance is on your right.

Do you offer a shuttle service?

We do not provide a shuttle service.

Can I have a taxi arranged?

We can arrange a taxi for you. Please inform the front desk staff of your desired pickup time.
*Please note that we may not be able to arrange a taxi depending on availability.

With Children

Is it possible to have a child sleep in the same bed?

We allow one child per bed to sleep in the same bed. Children eligible for this arrangement must be preschool age or younger.

Are children’s amenities available?

We do not provide amenities for children. . However, children’s room wear is available.

Do you rent baby cribs?

We have a limited number of items available, so prior application is required if you wish to request one. Additionally, rental bed guards are available.
Prior application is also required if you would like one.

What are the accommodation fees for children?

Preschool children are free of charge, and guests of elementary school age and above will be charged the adult rate.

Is there a convenience store nearby?

There are 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson stores about a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

How long does it take to Toyota Stadium?

It takes about 20 minutes one way on foot.

How long does it take to walk to Sky Hall Toyota?

It takes about 15 minutes one way on foot.

How long does it take to the Toyota City Museum of Art?

It takes about 15 minutes one way on foot.

How long does it take to get to Korankei?

It takes about 42 minutes one way by bus from Toyota City Station or by car.

Can you recommend some nearby restaurants?

We can recommend nearby dining options based on your preferences at the front desk. Please feel free to ask.

Is there a changing area outside the guest rooms?

We do not have changing areas available outside the guest rooms.

Do you offer wheelchair rentals?

We do not offer wheelchair rentals.

Can I exchange foreign currency?

We do not exchange foreign currency at our hotel. We can direct you to nearby facilities.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept VISA, MASTER, AMEX, DINERS, JCB, UC, and UnionPay.

Do you accept electronic money or QR code payments?

PayPay, Edy, ID, and various transportation e-money are accepted.

Is there an ATM?

There is no ATM inside the hotel.

What are the cancellation fees?

Cancellation fees will be charged based on our accommodation terms and conditions.
